Legal Aid's DEAR program works with Durham residents to get things off their criminal records and helps them secure housing, employment, and other services. Get empowered to help yourself and learn to navigate the legal system with guidance from professionals.
Come learn the process for removing dismissed charges from a criminal record. A representative from Legal Aid of North Carolina will go over:
- How to look up your criminal record,
- How to find the required forms for expunction of dismissed charges, and
- How to fill out that expunction form.
