In the early 2010's the letter A was added to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) making the new acronym STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) as proposed by the US National Research Council. Over 9-days we will be exploring the Arts.
We encourage people of all ages to view these illustrations. We'll share information from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics for those interested in learning more. This is a great way to develop children's visual literacy while encouraging job exploration for those tweens to adults. There are a variety of paths in the Arts which allows for one to build a dynamic career they will love.
