Testers & Tasters Cookbook Club is a place to talk about food and cooking!
Come share your experiments, experiences, triumphs, and tragedies.
Each month we highlight a theme, ingredient, or cookbook and encourage everyone to prepare a dish to share and discuss.
For our April 19th meeting, we're heading to France! Get in touch with your inner French chef and find a recipe to share. The books pictured below will be on reserve at the North Regional Library information desk; more books may be added. Here's a link to some cookbooks that are available electronically with your DCo library card. You can get your recipe from any book or other source.
When you know what you'll be bringing, please email the name and source to etobias@dconc.gov.
Plates, napkins, and silverware will be provided.
