Testers & Tasters Cookbook Club is a place to talk about food and cooking!
Come share your experiments, experiences, triumphs, and tragedies.
Each month we highlight a theme, ingredient, or cookbook and encourage everyone to prepare a dish to share and discuss. If you don't get a chance to cook a themed dish come join us anyway!
For our June meeting we will be continuing our travels and featuring Italian dishes. There will be several cookbooks on reserve at the Information Desk at North Regional Library, but you can get your recipe from any cookbook or other source.
When you know what you'll be bringing, please email the name and source to etobias@dconc.gov.
Plates, napkins, and silverware will be provided, as well as water, coffee, and tea.
