Únase a nosotros todos los martes a las 10:30 de la mañana del 6 al 27 de junio para una sesión semanal de Coaching en español sobre la salud mental y el bienestar. El bienestar emocional está muy relacionado al logro de nuestros objetivos ya que la persona que se siente feliz o posee un nivel de bienestar emocional alto, va a tener un mayor desempeño en sus tareas. Algunos de los beneficios que obtenemos al trabajar en nuestro bienestar son:

Join us every Tuesday morning at 10:30 am from June 6-27 for a weekly coaching session in Spanish on mental health and well-being. Emotional well-being is closely related to the achievement of our goals since the person who feels happy or has a high level of emotional well-being is going to achieve higher performance in their tasks.
