Seed & Root: A Charitable Organization (Seed & Root) is partnering with Durham County Library Humanities to host its Mental Health Literacy Book Club to read, discuss, and be in community as part of Seed & Root's Mental Health Literacy campaign for 2024. We invite the community and participants to read selected books and join us to discuss the chosen books that highlight Black American culture and mental health. Together, we endeavor to use these books to increase knowledge and beliefs about mental disorders and mental health in Black American communities to aid their recognition, management, and prevention.
