Testers & Tasters Cookbook Club is a place to talk about food and cooking!
Come share your experiments, experiences, triumphs, and tragedies.
Each month we highlight a theme, ingredient, or cookbook and encourage everyone to prepare a dish to share and discuss.
For November we'll be getting cozy with a warm, comforting soup and bread meal. Salads welcome too!
There will be several cookbooks available for browsing at the North Regional Library information desk, but you can get your recipe from any cookbook or other source. Although it's always a delight to enjoy someone's specialty or treasured family recipe, let's all try to choose recipes that are new to us; that's what the "Testers" in our name is all about!
When you know what you'll be bringing, please email the name and source to etobias@dconc.gov.
Plates, napkins, and silverware will be provided, as well as water, coffee, and tea. Bring your mug!
And don't forget some containers because there are usually leftovers to take home.
