Are you interested in learning tips to keep your heart healthy? Stop by Durham East Regional Library to learn how to invest in your cardiovascular health!

Dr. Lense will point out that some of the most important investments we make are in our personal health and well-being.  While investments often focus on our homes, our finances and our retirement, it is important not to ignore our physical and emotional well-being. This presentation will review key concepts that can contribute to better cardiovascular health and, hopefully, generate better "returns" on our personal physical and emotional health investments.

Dr. Lense is a graduate of the NYU School of Medicine; he is a Board Certified Cardiologist and Internist.  He is currently an Adjunct Faculty Member at UNC - Chapel Hill where he serves as an educator to medical students and house staff physicians.  Previously, he was a faculty member at the Renaissance School of Medicine, Stony Brook NY.

Registration is appreciated, but not required.
