DIY Rainbow Cupcake Decorating

Celebrate LGBTQIA Pride Month at the library by making rainbow crafts (and foods, in this instance). Decorate vanilla cupcakes using candy, sprinkles, and icing. Be as creative as you like! All supplies will be provided. For teens and tweens, ages 9 and up. Please register.
