Learn what the SBA can do for your small business.  In this session we will talk about the resources the SBA can offer you, and how SBA business financing works.

This session will be led by Scott Wolford, Outreach and Marketing Specialist with the North Carolina District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Scott is a skilled facilitator, mediator, financial counselor, and strategic planner, and with past experience as a social worker, is acutely aware of the systemic barriers facing low-wage workers and historically disadvantaged populations. He also has four years of experience with the NC Small Business Center Network and the NC Small Business Technology Development Center where he designed and delivered leadership development, planning, and business training initiatives, and provided technical assistance to small businesses.  Currently Scott serves as the Outreach and Marketing Specialist for the US Small Business Administration.  Scott holds a Sociology degree from the University of Maryland and an MBA from East Carolina University.
