These Employment Skills Workshops are offered as part of the Off-Base Transition Training program, a comprehensive initiative designed to support veterans, their spouses, and the public in successfully navigating the challenges associated with transitioning to civilian life. This program offers valuable resources and information to aid individuals in their employment journey. Through interactive workshops, expert-led seminars, and practical demonstrations, participants will gain essential skills, knowledge, and insights.

Sessions:

Your Next Move: A workshop which provides the opportunity to use DOL online resources to define and explore career opportunities.

Understanding Resume Essentials:  A workshop to understand the essential elements of a resume. Please bring a copy of your resume and, if available.

Creating Your Resume - Writing Workshop: A workshop on writing that expands upon the Understanding Resume Essentials. During this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to create or revise a targeted resume. Please bring a copy of your resume.
