Drop in for a taste of many different scientific fields in the upcoming STEAM day at the Main Library!

In collaboration with postdoctoral researchers at Duke, join us on Saturday, November 16th from 2-5pm in the Innovation Lab on third floor of Main Library for a variety of science-themed activities. Whether you want to embrace your inner secret agent by learning about invisible inks, make art and learn about the visible light spectrum, or program motors that could be used to make a robot move, this workshop has something you'll enjoy!

Recommended for 3rd-12th grade students but all are welcome. Registration is requested with drop-ins welcome.

If you have any accessibility questions or accommodation needs, please contact us at Maker_STEAM@dconc.gov. We ask that all requests be made at least 3 business days prior to the event to ensure we can provide the best accommodations possible!
