Intuitive eating (IE) is an increasingly talked about subject in health and wellness, but what is it really? Join us for a presentation from Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Kathryn Sayre, MPH, RDN, LDN, who will discuss intuitive eating from a non-diet perspective and what intuitive eating is and isn't (as it can often be misunderstood in popular media), and answer questions pertaining to IE and better understanding our relationship to our bodies, eating, and food.

Registration is encouraged. Light refreshments will be served.
