The game of Rook is a "trick-taking" game, usually played with a specialized deck of cards.The cards range from 5 to 14 and use four colors as suites. It is usually played in groups of four with 2 sets of partners (the person sitting across from each other). The game was introduced by Parker Bros. in 1906.as an alternative to standard playing cards and the taboo represented at the time. It is a game based on bidding and strategy. Most of all, it is tons of family fun for everyone.
