Families with children of all ages are invited to join us at North Regional Library for a Noon Year's Eve party! This daytime event enables everyone to enjoy the excitement of ringing in the New Year without staying up past bedtime. There will be crafts, a countdown to noon with a balloon drop, sparkling cider toasts, music, and more!
