Testers & Tasters Cookbook Club is a place to talk about food and cooking!
Come share your experiments, experiences, triumphs, and tragedies.
Each month we highlight a theme, ingredient, or cookbook and encourage everyone to prepare a dish to share and discuss.
For our October meeting we're going nuts! And seeds! Choose a recipe from any source that has any kind of nut or seed as an ingredient. Peanuts are allowed, though we know that botanically speaking they are legumes, not nuts.
When you know what you'll be bringing, please email the name and source to etobias@dconc.gov.
Plates, napkins, and silverware will be provided, as well as water, coffee, and tea. Bring your mug!
And don't forget some containers because there are usually leftovers to take home.
