We are excited to invite you to Project TRIUMPH, an innovative initiative by the Centre for Homeownership and Economic Development (CHOEDC) in collaboration with Durham County, is here to transform lives through a unique blend of mental and physical health support.
During this program teens will engage in dynamic workshops that promote mental health resilience, personal growth, and economic stability. Experience hands-on activities, group mentoring sessions, and personalized development plans tailored to your unique journey. Gain valuable insights from mentors who are dedicated to helping you thrive!
