Do you want to try painting but aren't sure where to start? Or maybe you're already an artist, but could use guidance on color blending and new techniques. If so, this program is for you! Local artist Kim Tyler will lead tweens (ages 9+) and teens through an interactive program, guiding everyone in the creation of their own gnome & nature scene. All supplies will be provided, and you'll get to take home your paintings!
This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Durham Library.
Registration is required. Please only register the tween/teen attending; caregivers do not need to register. Tweens aged 10 or younger must have adult supervision in the Maker Lab for the duration of the program.
