Join Kate Behrenshausen, Executive Function Coach and owner of Sage EF Coaching, for the next session in our series on executive function!

In this session, we'll work to improve your relationship with time. Kate will give a quick review of executive function, then get into time management and procrastination. What is the neuroscience behind it? What are complicating factors? We'll talk about these types of struggles in daily life, and how to employ mindset shifts, strategies, self-coaching methods, resources to move past them.

Also...join us for our biweekly Adult Study Hall, also led by Kate, and use some executive function tricks to increase your productivity!

Many thanks to the Durham Library Foundation for their support of this series.
