We are thrilled to invite you to the Carolina Community Health Fair, in partnership with the talented young professionals from the University of North Carolina School of Nursing!

Join us from 10 AM to 2 PM for vital health screenings, including blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol checks. These screenings will be conducted by UNC's nursing students who are deeply committed to addressing social determinants of health, promoting health equity, and enhancing community wellness. Take advantage of this opportunity to monitor your health and receive educational handouts on cardiovascular health. Walk-ins are welcome throughout the fair. We can't wait to see you there!

El Centro Hispano, a local community-based organization with a mission to strengthen and promote the Hispanic/Latino/Latino community, fostering inclusion, and advocating for equity within North Carolina, will provide translation from English to Spanish during the event.
