Stand up tall, feel good in your body and take a deep breath! Kiddos and their caregivers will move their breath and their body in this fun, family-friendly story time yoga session with Erin. Together we will practice mindful listening during story time, learn new ways to move our body through playful yoga poses and connect with ourselves using imaginative breathwork!
Erin's classes are a mix of high & low stimulation, but modifications can easily be provided & sensory supportive tools (like headphones) will be available for use. Yoga mats will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own from home if you'd prefer.
Registration is required. This program is geared towards children ages 2-8 & their caregivers. Families are encouraged to arrive 5-10 minutes before the program start time to sign waivers and settle in.
