Little Explorers Sensory Hour is a calm, nurturing session designed to help young children explore and enjoy gentle sensory experiences in a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. This passive sensory program supports self-regulation, mindfulness, and comfort through soft lighting, calming music, and tactile play materials. Children can lie down with weighted blankets, explore bins with soft and textured items, listen to nature sounds, or watch visual elements like bubble tubes or slow-moving lights.
