Join us in celebration of Food Waste Prevention week as we have a special storytime to talk about composting and food waste!
This program is in partnership with the City of Durham.
Join us for Food Waste Prevention Week! This initiative raises awareness about food waste and provides practical tips on reducing waste, composting, and making sustainable choices. Stop by the library to explore books, resources, and a special display dedicated to food waste prevention. We’ll also be giving away a free compost bin to one lucky participant! Visit the display to learn how to enter for a chance to win. Let’s work together to make a difference!
