As we get older, our body is in a constant state of deterioration. One of the ways that we can slow this deterioration is to improve mobility, balance, strength, stability and flexibility for the purpose of injury reduction and prevention. Join Patrick Service, MS ACSM-EP of YOUTRAINFITNESS® Personal Training, as he leads an exercise class to address some of these challenges. Please register for all dates you would like to attend individually. Please bring a mat if you have one!
