Join us at South Regional for Color Therapy! Studies have shown that coloring can be beneficial for adults. It can reduce anxiety and relieve stress, improve brain function and sleep, and can even improve fine motor skills. So stop by the South Regional Library and let your stress melt away. Feel feel to bring your own snacks if you wish, and we'll provide the coloring sheets, colored pencils, and markers. (but feel free to bring your own if you feel so inclined!) Open to teens and adults only.
