Bring your little one to follow along with Comic Kids Yoga! It will be 45 mins of fun, interactive yoga for kids aged 3 and up! We'll pop in the DVD and all move together as we fall into the wonderful world of Cosmic Kids Yoga's wonderful storytelling combined with yoga movements to help kids have fun and feel great!
Bring a mini mat if you have one, but if not, no worries, we'll just move on the carpet!
