Why would someone volunteer in a country at war like Ukraine? How would you get there? What would you do once you arrived? What if you found that the experience meant so much to you that you went back again and again? On August 30th, Philip Semanchuk will talk about his months as a non-combat volunteer in Ukraine, and he'll answer all of the questions above and more. The presentation includes many personal photographs and lasts about 1 hour, with an additional 30 minutes for Q&A afterwards.
Registration is required.
