Join Pierce Freelon on a musical cosmic adventure with his band and giant puppet friend: Space Homie.This all-ages performance features elements of Afrofuturism, Black history, and Hip Hop to touch on imagination, family, self-care and science fiction. Black to the Future features music from his GRAMMY nominated album of the same title, and is inspired by four generations of Pierce’s family and beloved community.
