Brick by Brick: Building Entrepreneurial Excellence (A 3-Week Mindset & Strategy Series for Entrepreneurs)

Program Description:
This interactive 3-week workshop series is designed for aspiring and current entrepreneurs who want to build a business with intention, confidence, and clarity—brick by brick. Using the innovative LEGO® Serious Play® method, participants will engage in hands-on activities to explore their entrepreneurial mindset, values, and next steps.

Each session will guide attendees through powerful self-reflection, group sharing, and practical planning that fosters entrepreneurial growth from the inside out.

Weekly Breakdown:

Week 1: The Foundation – Who Am I as an Entrepreneur?
Participants will explore their entrepreneurial identity, values, and motivations. They'll build models that represent their "why" and the strengths they bring to the table.

Week 2: Facing the Gaps – What’s Holding Me Back?
Through guided LEGO builds and discussion, participants will identify internal and external barriers—such as fear, imposter syndrome, or lack of clarity—and strategies to move forward.

Week 3: Building Forward – What Will I Do Next?
In the final session, attendees will build out their vision for the future and create a personalized mindset and action plan to carry their business or idea into its next phase.
