Cindy will share valuable insights on understanding learning differences, creating supportive home accommodations, and nurturing your child’s unique interests. Cindy Martin serves as an Autism Resource Specialist with the Autism Society of North Carolina.

Cindy Martin is an Autism Resource Specialist with the Autism Society of North Carolina.  She is the proud mother to four amazing individuals on the Autism spectrum ranging from ages 12-24 and a 25-year-old neurotypical son. Increasing awareness and acceptance for the Autism community is her passion.  As a former educator, Cindy taught the first inclusion class in the state of North Carolina in 2005.  

This presentation is part of The Homeschool Conference and Resource Fair at the Durham County North Regional Library.
