Join our Graphic Novel Club.  Every month we will look at two Graphic Novels and talk about what we liked and didn't like about them.  Register and pick up a club kit from Stanford L. Warren and draw your favorite scene, or sketch out a new scene.  Make yourself the author and show off your skills or work on some new skills.

One of June books is Swamp Thing: Twin Branches by Maggie Stiefvater.  "Twins Alec and Walker Holland have a reputation around town. One is quiet and the other is the life of any party, but the two are inseparable. For their last summer before college, Alec and Walker leave the city to live with their rural cousins. While Walker carves their names into the new social scene, Alec recedes into a summer-school laboratory, slowly losing himself to a deep, dark experiment."

The other is Lumberjanes: Beware the Kitten Holy.  "At Miss Quinzella Thiskwin Penniquiqul Thistle Crumpet's camp for hardcore lady-types, things are not what they seem. Three-eyed foxes. Secret caves. Anagrams. Luckily, Jo, April, Mal, Molly and Ripley are five rad, butt-kicking best pals determined to have an awesome summer together-- and they're not gonna let a magical quest or an array of supernatural critters get in their way!"

This is a live Zoom program and the link will be sent to registered participants an hour before the event.
