Join us for a 60-minute class for adults that will provide an opportunity for you to relax through gentle stretching and mindful breathing. This class is designed for anyone who would like to slow down, connect with the body and calm the mind. Both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners are welcome. During the class, you will be guided through a series of yoga poses and mindful breathing techniques intended to calm the busy mind and stretch the body.
Please provide your own mat or a towel.
NOTE: The registration limit refers to people total. When registering, please remember to include ALL people in your party, i.e. the participant plus any additional family members/friends who may also be in attendance. Because of this, we kindly ask that you be mindful of the number of people you plan to bring with you into the program space. Please note that those who are not registered will be unable to enter the room due to the limit.
