Go retro! Step back in time to the 1980's by making your own braided ribbon barrettes! Beginning Monday, April 11th you can pick up your kit at the South Regional Library. Kits include two barrettes, satin ribbon, and the instructions of course! Supplies are limited and colors will vary.
