Where did Pride come from as a movement? How has it been co-opted and watered down in media since it began? What does it mean for you as an individual and as part of the LGBTQIAP+ community? Learn about the origins of pride and about zine-making, then create your own mini-zine in response to these prompts. Following DIY zine tradition, completed zines may be copied and distributed in the Teen Area of Main Library with participant consent.
Please register in advance to ensure we have enough supplies for everyone. Grades 6-12; all skill levels welcome.
