Talking to Kids About Climate Change

Talking to Kids About Climate Change

Presented by Dr. Nicolette Cagle from Duke University, this discussion is for parents and/or caregivers wanting more guidance and tips on navigating conversations about climate change with children (focus on ages pre-k to pre-teen). There will also be books and resources available to check out and take home. Light refreshments will be provided!

Image description: A flyer with the words "Talking to Kids about Climate Change" above a picture of a man wearing a jacket and jean pants. He is holding hands with a small child wearing a pink coat and holding a stuffed animal in her right hand. We can see the back of them as they walk in the woods, and can also see light coming in through the tops of the trees.
