Heartfulness meditation practice is a simple and effective way to integrate meditation into our daily lives. The Heartfulness technique shows us how to gently turn our attention toward our hearts and experience that inner presence for ourselves. There will be a brief introduction and instruction, followed by a guided relaxation, leading into a silent heart-centered meditation. Sessions are conducted by a certified Heartfulness meditation instructor and open to everyone over the age of 15. No prior experience necessary. Registration is not required.
