DESCRIPTION:April 8th is National Draw a Bird Day! Celebrate Spring by 
 drawing a bird and bringing it to the South Regional Library between March 
 25th  and April 15th.  We'll display everyone's bird\, and each person that 
 brings a bird drawing will be entered in a raffle to win a prize! 
 (pssst...it's a hummingbird feeder!) For more information about National
