DESCRIPTION:Adult study hall” is a free biweekly opportunity to get stuff 
 done with peers support from an executive function coach at the library. It 
 promotes accountability\, productivity\, and focus in a low-key and 
 supportive setting.\n\nEach session is a little over 90 minutes long. You 
 can join late or leave early and share your plans for the session or not. 
 It’s your time!\n\nHere’s a typical session agenda:\n\n\n	\n	5 min: 
 Sage EF introduction and study hall preview\n	\n	\n	10 min: (Optional) 
 Share your goals or plans for the work session\n	\n	\n	30 min: Work 
 period\n	\n	\n	Free tip/resource of the week\n	\n	\n	3 min: 
 Break\n	\n	\n	20 min: Work period\n	\n	\n	3 min: Break\n	\n	\n	10 min: Work 
 period\n	\n	\n	10 min: (Optional) Share what you 
 accomplished!\n	\n	\n	“After class”: (Optional) Stick around to 
 crowdsource resources or solutions\n	\n\n\nHere are some ways folks use 
 these sessions:\n\n\n	\n	Studying or reading\n	\n	\n	Reorganizing or 
 cleaning\n	\n	\n	Sorting through physical mail\n	\n	\n	Paying 
 bills\n	\n	\n	Answering and/or deleting emails\n	\n	\n	Meal prepping or 
 cooking\n	\n	\n	Making art or doing crafts\n	\n	\n	Filling out
