DESCRIPTION:We're half way through the Year of the Dragon and it's time for 
 our Dragon Coloring Contest! Pick up a Color Me dragon card from the South 
 Regional Library\, color it in ways only you know how\, and then return it 
 to the South Regional Library to be displayed on our dragon's lair board 
 and be entered to win a pack of colored pencils and some zesty snacks! 
 \n\nCards available on August 1st. Return your card to the Information Desk 
 at the South Regional Library by Saturday\, August 31st. Be sure to write 
 your name and contact information on the back of your card!  The winner
