 calm and peaceful. They started in Japan a long time ago and were used by 
 monks to meditate and think deeply. A Zen garden has simple things like 
 sand\, rocks\, and sometimes plants\, but each part has a special meaning. 
 Create your own zen garden in Homeschool Learning Lab.\n\nFor questions\,
