Testers & Tasters Cookbook Club is a place to talk about food and cooking!

Come share your experiments, experiences, triumphs, and tragedies.

Each month we highlight a theme, ingredient, or cookbook and encourage everyone to prepare a dish to share and discuss.

This month we are celebrating FALL!

What does Fall Food mean to you? A comforting bowl of soup on a chilly day? The scents of cinnamon and nutmeg filling the house? A dish that reminds you of celebrating the fall holidays? Let the inspiration of the season guide you!

There will be one or more cookbooks available for browsing at the North Regional Library information desk, but you can get your recipe from any cookbook or other source. Here are a few links to get you started:

When you know what you'll be bringing, please email the name and source to etobias@dconc.gov.

Plates, napkins, and silverware will be provided, as well as water, coffee, and tea. Bring your mug!

And don't forget some containers because there are usually leftovers to take home.

Please note that in October we are meeting on the FOURTH Wednesday of the month, rather than our usual third Wednesday.

Questions? Email etobias@dconc.gov or call 919-560-0140.

Registration closes 24 hours before the meeting, but email me if you've missed the deadline and still want to come.

Happy Cooking to all!

All in-person programming is subject to change or cancellation based on current COVID conditions.
