Do you love gardening, nature, and being outside? Children ages 7-12 are invited to join Southwest's Garden Club. Once a month, we'll get together in Southwest's backyard garden to talk about gardening, plant things, and work on garden tasks. Once we get into mid-summer, we'll also begin harvesting vegetables and herbs to taste and share. Seeds & seedlings will be available for participants to take home.
This program is geared towards children ages 7+, but caregivers are welcome to join us as well. Registration is required. This is an outdoor program, so please be sure to dress in comfortable clothing and bring water & sunscreen. If you have any questions, please email Kristen at kstockdale@dconc.gov.
