Testers & Tasters Cookbook Club is a place to talk about food and cooking!
Come share your experiments, experiences, triumphs, and tragedies.
Each month we highlight a theme, ingredient, or cookbook and encourage everyone to prepare a dish to share and discuss.
For August we will be celebrating GINGER and its relatives, TURMERIC and GALANGAL. Tasty, healthy, and versatile, these spices show up in cuisines all over the world and in dishes from appetizers to beverages to desserts.

When you know what you'll be bringing, please email the name and source to etobias@dconc.gov.
Plates, napkins, and silverware will be provided, as well as water, coffee, and tea. Bring your mug!
And don't forget some containers because there are usually leftovers to take home.
