Testers & Tasters Cookbook Club is a place to talk about food and cooking!
Come share your experiments, experiences, triumphs, and tragedies.
Each month we highlight a theme, ingredient, or cookbook and encourage everyone to prepare a dish to share and discuss.
This month's theme: Retro Recipes!
We'll be traveling back in time for our June inspiration. Your recipe can come from any cookbook published before 1980, or a more recent compilation of vintage recipes such as the ones pictured below.
There will be several cookbooks available for browsing at the North Regional Library information desk, but you can get your recipe from any cookbook or other source.
When you know what you'll be bringing, please email the name and source to etobias@dconc.gov.
Plates, napkins, and silverware will be provided, as well as water, coffee, and tea. Bring your mug!
And don't forget some containers because there are usually leftovers to take home.
